Products, prices and orders
Check the product description, dimensions, quantity, availability and final checkout total before placing your order. Promotions apply only where the product’s sale price and offer conditions are displayed. The displayed store currency applies; a Singapore business address does not change it. Confirm any installation, customisation, tax or handling charge before payment. An order acknowledgement is not a promise that unavailable stock can be supplied; we will contact you about any change before fulfilment.
Payments and security
Choose an available payment method at checkout and follow that provider’s instructions. PayNow, bank transfer or instalments are available only when enabled and applicable to your order. Delivery booking opens after payment is confirmed, not merely after an order is submitted. Never share bank passwords or one-time passwords with our team. Use the official site and contact us to verify unexpected payment instructions.
Delivery and appointments
Delivery methods, weight-based charges and availability depend on your order and address. Choose an available service before placing the order. Once paid, review the separate delivery terms and select an available date and time. Initial blocked dates and slot capacity are controlled by the booking schedule. You may agree to the delivery terms and choose a date later. We will call to confirm one day before delivery; without confirmation, we will not deliver.
Access, installation and custom work
Tell us about stairs, lifts, loading bays, condominium permissions, parking and other delivery restrictions before confirming an appointment. Installation, plumbing, electrical work and site preparation are included only when expressly agreed in the order or separate quotation. Confirm specifications for custom or made-to-order items before authorising production.
Cancellations, returns and non-conforming goods
Contact us promptly with your order reference and details of any requested cancellation, defect, damage or incorrect item. Keep photographs and packaging where reasonably possible to help assessment. Before launch, the owner must publish the actual change-of-mind window, custom-order conditions, return arrangements and refund timing here. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights under applicable Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act where it applies. Do not describe every purchase as non-refundable regardless of statutory rights.
Warranty and support
Warranty coverage depends on the confirmed product or service terms. A submitted warranty registration records purchase information; it does not independently approve coverage or extend a warranty. Ask us for the applicable written coverage, exclusions and claim process.
